In 2003 Wakan opened its doors to the public, offering 30 luxury suits in Al Khalidia area, one of the best locations in Jeddah to date.\r\nWakan began work on its second luxury suit project at Al-Rouda area offering the same high standard of living accommodation in 2005.\r\nIn July 2006, Wakan started its biggest project to date, 14 Luxury villas with their own private swimming pools, high class furnishing and comfortable rooms in Al-Khalidia.\r\nWakan prides its self on offering what others do not, and is a fast growing company with the highest of costumer care standards.
